This includes the recording of capture date, transfer to tow cage, transfer to farm cage, bait fed, weather conditions, harvest data and processing data.
Customers can be assured the produce they receive is produced via “world best” fish husbandry practices and from a sustainable fishing resource.
Additionally, KIS Tuna is preparing for accreditation to AS/NZS ISO 9001 and AS ISO 22000 with Total Quality Certification Services International, a JASANZ accreditation body. |
